Exchange Process and Timeframes

Here’s how exchanges work at Kiddo:

• Once your exchange request is received, you will get instructions on how to return the product.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the replacement product.
• The total exchange process usually takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on shipping times.
• If there is a price difference between products, we will adjust the balance accordingly, refunding or charging the difference.
